Style
Everyone has their own personal style they want to come across in photos. You might want big smiles showing your teeth, or a soft closed mouthed smile. Candid shots walking around and laughing or a more posed position. We can do it all. So our advice is to come into your session knowing the vibe you want out of your photos. Keep in mind it can be a little bit of all of it! Knowing what you prefer helps us create images geared just for you! Never be afraid to let us know what you are most comfortable with, we respect that, and are excited to deliver images you love!
Location
Many different looks can be achieved with the same location, but some choose to have their shoot in a few locations. Want nature to be our backdrop? Consider Waterworks Park or Gray’s Lake. Want a more urban look? Consider The World Food Prize or The Parking Garage. Maybe you want a classic look in the studio! Consider The Whistler Studio or The Creative Co Space!
Want a space that’s special to you? Let’s do it! Maybe it’s a sports field, maybe it’s your backyard, or favorite ice cream shop! This is your shoot, dream big!

Outfits
Choosing what to wear can feel stressful! We recommend anywhere from 2-3 outfits on average. We love to see a variety of timeless outfits, mixed with outfits that might be more stylistic to the person. Try having one outfit having a pop of color and one that’s more neutral.
Biggest advice is to bring variety. We see many people bring one casual outfit (jeans and classic tee), one “fancy” outfit (khakis and a button up or a dress), and the last outfit being something stylish based off the senior themselves.
In a sport? Wear your uniform! Have a tee shirt of your favorite band, wear it! Have an outfit you’ve been saving for something special? This is your time!
